PCDS works directly with the client and their representatives where appropriate, to provide unique solutions for clients who wish to make refurbishments, alter or repair existing areas.
PCDS works regularly with architects, interior designers and clients direct to achieve the required finish and understand the process involved to complete a scheme on time and to a budget.
PCDS also involve themselves when required in checking the services within the property/building including heating and hot water facilities, drainage, electrical supplies, audio visual installation and similar technicalities.
